Once the artwork has been delivered you own the original piece. The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to any and all artwork produced.

Once your commission has been accepted and details have been finalised you will be provided with a pricing quote. The artist retains the right to increase the price of any and all future commissions.

Once the pricing has been accepted that agreed sum will be locked in. You will then be sent an invoice for a 40% deposit. Payment can be paid via Paypal or banking transfers. You must make payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice otherwise the work will not begin or be sent.

Shipping cost is covered by the artist and sends worldwide via art couriers to your door!

Within the pricing you are covered for up to 2 adjustments to be made. If further adjustments are requested, a fee of $250 will be added to the final sum.

Note that digital mockups for paintings are only a concept to draw upon during the painting process and the rendering of these works may not 100% reflect the digital mockup.

To protect both the artist and client the below behaviours will not be tolerated:

• Untimely responses (over a week to respond to communications)

• Harassment and bullying

• Discrimination

• Frequent emails to speed up the commission process

• Copyrighted images and characters

• Nudity and violent images

• Drastic style alterations

• Pets
